TWPL Academy offers asset management training to gain the IAM Certificate and IAM Diploma qualifications. TWPL Academy is also an exam partner of the IAM and is able to offer the online examinations to groups of students following successful completion of this course. These courses are available as public courses and for in-house corporate deliveries.
IAM CERTIFICATE TRAINING COURSE (3 DAYS), LONDON
The 3-day training course provides an intensive coverage of the principles and practice of Asset Management. The content is aligned to PAS 55, ISO 55000 and to the Institute of Asset Management’s (IAM) Competences Framework, with a view to preparing students to pass the IAM Certificate Principles of Asset Management examination.
This course is suitable for those who have successfully completed the relevant TWPL e-learning programme or have 2+ years of industrial or asset-intensive work experience, and prior reading of the IAM’s “Asset Management: An Anatomy” – free publication on registering with the IAM (www.theIAM.org).
For those without such prior experience, we recommend the 5-day versions of the IAM Certificate training. Successful participants may choose to go on to the IAM Diploma in Asset Management.
IAM CERTIFICATE TRAINING COURSE (5-DAYS), LONDON
This course is for those with little or no experience of asset management. It gives a thorough grounding in the principles of asset management, how these apply in practice and the business benefits they deliver in a highly interactive way.
IAM FULL DIPLOMA TRAINING COURSE (6 DAYS), LONDON
The 6-day training course covers both the IAM Certificate (Principles of Asset Management) Modules and IAM Diploma (Advanced Asset Management) Modules in one package and prepares students to pass the two stage examinations for the IAM Diploma Qualification.
The course is suited to those that do not hold the IAM Certificate Qualification. For those that already hold the IAM Certificate Qualification, the IAM Diploma Conversion course is available.
The course is suited to experienced practitioners with existing or recent industrial or infrastructure asset management responsibilities, who can relate concepts to their work environment.
