His experience as a skilled Crafts and Trades hourly worker combined with his Asset Management background gives him a unique perspective in developing \u201cBottom-up\/Top-down\u201d Asset Management program development to include policies, procedures, processes, and leading Change Management within an Organization.\u00a0<\/em><em>Kevin has developed extensive Asset Management Objectives, Strategies, and Plans; including leading reorganization efforts to obtain maximum efficiencies within the Energy Sector.
